paper-based Response Pad Form is now available on the Web, and provides the convenience of electronic scoring
and e-mail delivery.
The Online Response Form is an innovative feature of the Personal Profile System® Software. This easy-to-use response form enables individuals and team members around the world to experience DiSC® learning through the ease and convenience of the Internet. The annual subscription provides unlimited access to both word and phrase versions. Here's how the Personal Profile System® for Windows® Online Response Form works:
Distributors or clients with Personal Profile System for Windows software pay an Annual Access Fee, and
provide Inscape Publishing with their e-mail address.
The online form is located at www.ppssresponse.com (Distributor's and clients can link directly from their own
Web sites).
Distributors provide users with an access code assigned by Inscape Publishing.
Users enter the access code and respond to 28 items.
The scores are automatically totaled and submitted to the e-mail address provided in Step 1.
Scores are entered into the Personal Profile System for Windows software and a report is generated.
